Review: Hatomugi Skin Conditioner

Today I will talk about the product that I have been using for almost one year. Yap, I have been using this Hatomugi Skin Conditioner product since last year, however when I wanna write a full review about this product, I always get distract and want to make review for another product first lol. So, I think it's the perfect time to give a deep review about this baby.
Anyway, I have been knowing about this product since long time ago, since two years ago for sure, but it was so difficult to get this product on my hand. but nowadays, it's so easy to spot this product in the drugstore or online shop.
Hatomugi Skin Conditioner have been knowing for several years because it gave such a lot benefit as skincare product and also, Hatomugi is one of the product that often being used in Chizu Saeki Method (CSM) as it has such a lot amount of products and it has water based product. CSM basically is "lotion mask method". This method use hydrating toner/lotion that you soak fully into cotton pads and use it as a mask for around several minutes. This method main purpose is to improve the hydration levels of the skin.

- Hatomugi Skin Conditioner is a non sticky lotion that can relieve dry on the skin. It gives hydration and help with smoothen the skin texture . It also can be used to calm the sun burn after outdoor activity because it gives such a cooling effect to the skin. It can be used for face and body.
- Hatomugi Skin Conditioner enhances the permeability of your skincare and thus enhancing the effectiveness of your skincare.
- It is formulated to target various kinds of skin problems, such as loosen pores, fine lines and skin aging. It contains adlay which is enriched with Vitamin B1 and B2 help clear acnes and improve the problem of uneven skin tone.
- It can be used as toner to balance skin’s acidity, smoothen skin, enhance skin’s elasticity and moisturize skin for all day long
How to Use:
After washing face, drop a generous amount onto facial cotton or palm and apply to face gently. To use as facial pack, pour lotion to soak a facial cotton sheet, separate into 4 thin layers and apply to skin for around 5 - 10 minutes.

Packaging
This product is packed in huge transparent plastic bottle as its contain 500ml of product. Somehow the huge bottle reminds me of mineral water product instead of skincare product. As it has such a huge bottle, it's not travel friendly, but you can move it into another container such as smaller plastic spray bottle container.
Texture and Scent
Texture: It has liquid- like- texture with milky colour water. It's really like water, it doesn't sticky at all and it's quite light as a hydrating toner/lotion.
Scent: It doesn't have any scent on it as it doesn't contain fragrance.
My Thought
First of all, it has such a big amount of product with affordable price. A bottle goes a long way! I have been using this product for around 8 months and I still have some left on the bottle. Well yeah, this product is multifunctional product that we can use to hydrate our face and body because it has light formula. I even have 7 different ways to use this product, but I will talk about it in the next post. Not forget to mention, because of it, I like to spray this product for my dry hair that I already coloured several time.
This product claims as a hydrating toner but for me the consistency of it, it's too light for hydrating toner. I prefer to say it as light toner that perfect for you who are looking for refreshing, non sticky feeling toner without drying out the skin. I usually like to use this toner when my skin is little bit oily than usual, but so far so good. This product doesn't give me any breakout however, it doesn't give a lot improvement to my skin condition like the claims of it.
As I mentioned before, this product is also often being used for Chizu Saeki Method (CSM). Does it work?
It does work for giving such a deep hydration for the skin as you leave on the soaked cotton pads for around 5 - 10 minutes. but, in my opinion to improve the hydration levels of the skin. We need to do this method every single day.
Overall
I like this product as it's multifuctional product and it can be use in any situation ( I have 7 different ways to use this product). I would like to recommend this product for you who are looking for such a light weight, refresing, and non sticky toner without so much hydration but it didn't dry out your skin. For super dry skin, I wouldn't recommend this product as the main toner but you can use this for CSM or as facial mist when the air is dry. It's really helpful.
